Regis Philbin Signals After 28 Years As A TV In The Morning :
NEW YORK - Send a kiss to the audience of more than 28 years, host Regis Philbin signed on television Friday morning."I will always remember spending the morning with all of you," the veteran show-biz personalities said, concluding his last appearance as host of the syndicated "Live! With Regis and Kelly."
At 80 years, Philbin has logged more than 17,000 hours of television in a career dating back to 1960. He gained fame in prime time as host of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" A decade ago.
