Green Bean Casserole Supreme Recipe with Bacon
Ingredients:Green Bean Casserole Recipe With Bacon |
- 8 slices bacon
- Butter, 1 / 4 cup
- Ginger 1 / 4 cup fresh, peeled and grated
- 1 onion, diced
- Cup mushrooms * 1 1 / 2 sliced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 4 (15 ounce) cans cut green beans, French, drained
- 1 1 / 4 cup sour cream
- 1 (5 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 1 / 2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 cups chopped macadamiapähkinöitä
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a baking dish 9x13 inches.
- Place bacon in a skillet and cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels. When cool, crumble and set aside.

- Spread half the mixture of green beans down ready for the pot. Place half of beans, water chestnuts on top, then half of Cheddar cheese and half the mushroom mixture. Spread green beans over the rest of the mushrooms, and a second layer, and the remaining water chestnuts, cheddar cheese, and mushrooms. Top with macadamiapähkinöitä.
- Bake in preheated oven until the surface is hot and sauce is bubbling, about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
